Episode 6: Revisiting the Huskies w/ Mary Brown

Thank you everyone for your patience on getting this episode out on a delayed notice this week. While this episode may have been made out of a last second decision, it could lead to a great mini-series! Let me know if you would like to hear back from previous guests in future episodes. Now, let's set the stage for this week's episode...

A couple weeks ago, you heard from Mary Brown and countless UConn fans on the Husky Ticket Project, an incredible foundation focused on getting underprivileged kids to UConn games. The second half of that episode focused on how that project really took off during the Huskies' run to their fifth national championship last year in Houston. One year later, the same joy and chaotic good behind the Husky Ticket Project was in Phoenix to celebrate a second straight championship for their Huskies.

While I watched this awesome run back in Connecticut with no voice, it got me thinking about what I could do this week sans voice. So, I called in a favor for a previous guest from that episode. Mary Brown was just in Phoenix this weekend and was kind enough to share her story from this past tournament run with us this week. So, without further ado, allow Mary to be your guide for the week as she brings you back to Phoenix for the Final Four…
